The Gallery is fitted with CCTV cameras which operate on a 24-hour basis
Due to our licence, we are not permitted to have persons under the age of 18 on the premises after 9 pm
The Gallery operates within the parameters of the Challenge 25 scheme. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. Accepted forms of I.D. Passport of driver's license. for more details on Challenge 25, please click here
We recognise that on occasion customers will book classes and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. Please note tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
Similarly, in the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel an event, we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible, and where applicable a full refund will be issued. In the event of venue cancellation, Tickets for a masterclass may be exchanged for spaces on another masterclass, provided that there are places available.
By entering a competition on The Gallery Facebook page you are agreeing to The Gallery contacting you through Facebook.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
Entrants are entering into a competition providing information to The Gallery and not to Facebook.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter the competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry (photographic I.D. may be required to claim your prize).
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of The Gallery LTD.
3. Entries must like the image on The Gallery Facebook page
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
5. The winner will be the entrant selected by The Gallery.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and The Gallery reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win the competition, we will notify you by Facebook announcement. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within 4 hours, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
8. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
9. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, or services.
10. The prize must be claimed at The Gallery
11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
13. The Gallery reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
The Gallery will ask to collect certain information or data about you when you contact us via our website or social media platforms. The information we collate is:
your email address and subscription preferences when you sign up to our email alerts, and which events interest you - for example, which emails you open from us and which links you click on
your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and details of which version of web browser you used.
This data can be viewed by authorised people at The Gallery, our email management supplier organisation Mailchimp who are based in the United States to
gather feedback to improve our services, for example, our email alerts
monitor and improve our live music and events offerings
respond to any feedback you send us if you’ve asked us to
send email alerts to users who request them
provide you with information about our events, if you want it

Your Information and how we use it
The Gallery Kenilworth will hold the data you provide to us in relation to your information upon purchasing tickets or newsletter signups via the website or social media. This will include your name, address and contact details.
We will also ask you to consent to communications about a broader range of activities at The Gallery e.g Cocktail classes, events and art shows
We will hold this data to populate the events marketing database. The contact information will be used to notify you of relevant information about upcoming events and any other information which The Gallery is required to pass on to event attendees e.g. event timings, changes to events or updates.
The Gallery will seek your consent to sending you marketing communications from us
All data will be held securely within The Gallery’s systems and will not be shared with any other organisation.
How long will we keep your data?
The Gallery will keep your data in relation to your ticket purchase or sign up to the email database. We will keep your information on file for 5 years. After this time Once you cease to be on the roll we will delete your information from our systems unless we are keeping it for another purpose (e.g. if you are on our artist's opportunities list)
You have the right to request access to the data we hold on you. You also have the right to change your preferences in terms of any consents you have given us. If you wish to do this, please check the emails for the unsubscribe button and follow the form accordingly. This information is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended, replaced, re-enacted or consolidated from time to time (including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any national laws which relate to the processing of personal data (‘Data Protection Legislation’)) references to ‘Personal Data’ and ‘Sensitive Personal Data’ within this notice shall be references to those terms as defined in Data Protection Legislation.
The Gallery does not normally transfer data overseas. However, we do use external email messaging systems for electronic mailings.

Part of our website and social media platforms contain material submitted by third parties. Opinions expressed within such materials do not necessarily represent the opinions of The Gallery. Third parties are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted for inclusion on our platforms comply with current legislation. The Gallery cannot guarantee the accuracy of this material and hereby expressly disclaim any responsibility for error, omission or inaccuracy in the material, misinterpretation and any loss, disappointment, negligence or damage caused by reliance on the material contained on the platform,or any failure or alleged failure in the delivery of the services referred to herein, or in event of the bankruptcy, liquidation or cessation of trade of any company, individual or firm referred to herein.
